Nein. sphere stellt in Deinem Namen eine Rechnung an den Nutzer. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Rechnung ohne Mehrwertsteuer auf Basis der Kleinunternehmerregelung*. Aktuell können noch keine Rechnungen im Namen von Unternehmern (inklusive Mehrwertsteuerausweis) gestellt werden.

*Als Kleinunternehmer (auch als nebenberuflich Selbstständiger) gilt, wer einen Gesamtumsatz von 22.000 EUR im vergangenen Kalenderjahr nicht überschritten hat UND voraussichtlich im Folgejahr nicht mehr als 50.000 EUR Umsatz generiert. (§19 UstG). Der Umsatz ist die Summe aller deiner Einnahmen, in der Regel musst du also einfach alle deine geschriebenen Rechnungen addieren.
