Basically, share what is important to you and in which you have experience. Take the time to explain your experiences as precisely as possible so that other people can find you.
 
sphere is expressly not a place and offers no space for people and experiences who advocate or glorify violence, racism, sexism, xenophobia or other discriminatory topics.

When do I have to pay for a booked conversation?

Accepted Answer

You pay for your call when you book. If your conversation partner does not accept the request for any reason, you will get your money back. You will receive a receipt after your conversation.

We carefully assess our members when they join sphere.
 
And you, too, can help to guarantee the quality: Clarify in the chat as precisely as possible what experience level you can expect.

Is it compulsory to donate part of my income?

Yes. We have the vision to share - both experiences and a part of the income to do good. Our members donate at least 1% of their earnings.

No, accessing the platform is free.
 
For each transaction, users pay a 1.00 EUR fixed fee; experts pay 10% on their personal income (i.e. on the stated price minus the donation amount).

Will the entire percentage of the price be actually donated?

Yes. For example, if a member shares his/her experiences at a price of 20 EUR and donates 50%, 10 EUR go to the chosen donation partner.

We want to enable our members to reach more than one person by sharing their experience.
 
With the donation, you are particularly supporting those people who have been denied many experiences.

We recommend that you inform yourself as much as possible about the expected level of experience via our chat.

As soon as you and the person you are talking to have confirmed that your conversation has taken place, we will transfer the money to you within two working days. Please enter your PayPal email or your IBAN in your profile.
 
We transfer the money to our donation partners at the end of each month.

Nein. sphere stellt in Deinem Namen eine Rechnung an den Nutzer. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Rechnung ohne Mehrwertsteuer auf Basis der Kleinunternehmerregelung*. Aktuell können noch keine Rechnungen im Namen von Unternehmern (inklusive Mehrwertsteuerausweis) gestellt werden.
 
*Als Kleinunternehmer (auch als nebenberuflich Selbstständiger) gilt, wer einen Gesamtumsatz von 22.000 EUR im vergangenen Kalenderjahr nicht überschritten hat UND voraussichtlich im Folgejahr nicht mehr als 50.000 EUR Umsatz generiert. (§19 UstG). Der Umsatz ist die Summe aller deiner Einnahmen, in der Regel musst du also einfach alle deine geschriebenen Rechnungen addieren.
 
Verdienst Du also neben Deinem Gehalt als Arbeitnehmer weniger als 22.000 EUR pro Jahr als Selbstständige(r) dazu, zählst du als Kleinunternehmer.
